What This Site Offers

This site describes SEO consulting services, including a free initial breakdown of a submitted website. Submitting your site through the contact form doesn’t create a contract, doesn’t obligate you to anything, and doesn’t obligate me to accept every project. It starts a conversation.

The Free Breakdown

The breakdown I send back is built specifically from what you share and the market data pulled for your situation. It’s not a template. It’s also not free consulting for a project I’m not doing, use it however you’d like, but the recommendations inside it reflect my read of your situation at that moment. They aren’t a guarantee of outcome if implemented without the surrounding context, by someone else or by you.

No Guaranteed Results

Diagnosis before promises, that’s the whole method described on How I Work. Search rankings depend on factors outside any consultant’s control, including Google’s own changes. Nothing on this site, in a breakdown, or in a client engagement is a guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Case Studies

The results described on Client Work are real and specific to those clients, situations, and time periods. They describe what happened for that business, not a predictable outcome for every business. Where a client’s name isn’t used, that’s by their request, not because the result is invented. Nothing on that page is invented.

Confidentiality

Work done for clients, and information clients share with me, stays confidential. I don’t publish, discuss, or reference a client’s project without their knowledge, and case studies that do name a client are shared with that understanding already in place.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including the case studies, the methodology on How I Work, and the site’s own text, is mine. Deliverables built for a paying client during an engagement belong to that client under the terms agreed for that specific project, not under this general page.

Limitation of Liability

I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of this site or its content, including the free breakdown, beyond the direct terms of a paid engagement, where separate terms apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where LeadAdvisor360 operates.
