Is the diagnosis really free? What's the catch?

There's no catch. The free breakdown is how every project I've run has started — you see the quality of thinking before you commit to anything. If the findings don't impress you, you owe nothing and keep the breakdown.

Do you need access to my website or Google account?

Not at the start. I use competitive intelligence tools to build the market picture from the outside. Google Search Console data comes into the picture later, once you've decided to work together.

I've been burned by SEO agencies before. Why is this different?

Because you see the work before you pay for it. I show you what's actually wrong first. If the diagnosis doesn't demonstrate real knowledge of your situation, there's no reason to go further.

My site is brand new. Is there anything to diagnose yet?
