You're ranking.
So why isn't
anyone calling?

Traffic and customers are two different things. I've spent 13 years closing the gap between them — for businesses in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and UAE. Whatever stage your SEO is at, I've seen it before.

You've done everything
they told you to. And still —

Your reports show green arrows. Your phone stays quiet.

You rank for words nobody types when they're ready to buy.

Traffic went up. Revenue didn't move.

One Google update wiped out a year of work overnight.

You've paid three agencies. You got three sets of excuses.

You're a one-person business who needs SEO but can't afford agency rates.

You used AI to speed things up. Now your rankings are gone.

If you nodded at even one of those —
I know exactly why it's happening.

I've worked at every point
in the SEO journey.

New site. Recovery. Mid-campaign takeover. Content from scratch. Large-scale outreach. The starting point changes. The approach doesn't.

Stage 01 — Brand New

You built the site. Now nobody can find it.

GMB setup, GSC, sitemap submission, meta structure, competitor keyword analysis, directory listings, backlink building. Everything from zero — done in the right order so the foundation holds.

Stage 02 — Algorithm Hit

Rankings dropped. Traffic fell. You don't know why.

I go into the site, the historical ranking data, the backlink profile, and the competitive landscape. Each update targets different things — there's no formula, but there's always an answer in the data.

Stage 03 — Mid-Campaign

Someone else started. It's going nowhere. You need a second opinion.

I look at what's been done, compare it to what the successful players in your market are doing, and find the gap. On-page, technical, off-page — wherever the problem is, I find it.

Stage 04 — Content Strategy

You need content that actually builds authority in your niche.

I map the pain points customers search for, find where existing content fails them, and build a strategy around the gaps. Content that answers what the industry hasn't answered yet.

Stage 05 — Outreach at Scale

You need to reach thousands of the right people. Systematically.

Prospect segmentation, tailored messaging per group, funnel movement. I've built outreach systems for campaigns targeting everyone from bloggers to C-suite executives. Scale without losing precision.

Stage 06 — Ongoing Management

You need reliable execution, not another consultant who disappears.

Regular reporting, work files shared to show exactly what moved what, and agency members brought in for volume tasks under my direct supervision. Affordable rates. Full accountability.

I didn't choose SEO.
My clients chose it for me.

I started as a writer. Agencies in Pakistan, then Upwork. Words were the whole job — and I was good at them.

Then Google rolled out Panda and Penguin. Suddenly content quality decided who ranked and who vanished. My writing clients noticed I understood this better than their SEO people did. So they asked me to take over their campaigns.

I said yes. Then I learned SEO live — on real projects, with real budgets, and no safety net. Some campaigns missed. Some clients were refunded to keep things clean. Every miss taught me something the next client paid nothing to learn.

That's still how I work with genuinely new territory. The difference now is 13 years of campaigns have made the territory much smaller.

I've spent those 13 years with my hands in client work — not building a personal brand. This website is new. The work behind it isn't.

THE START

Writer for hire. Agencies, then Upwork. Learned to write things people actually wanted to read. Turns out that's 80% of SEO — most people skip it.

THE TURN

Panda and Penguin hit. Clients saw I understood content quality before their SEO people did. They handed me the campaigns. Learned SEO live. No agency safety net.

2012

Went all-in on global clients — US, UK, Australia, Europe, UAE. No local work, ever again. The international standard was the only one worth building toward.

2013–14

LeadAdvisor360 went live on Upwork. The agency has stayed active through every algorithm shift since — under different names as the business evolved.

2014 — NOW

Took on a US roofing client after Penguin wiped out their old link-building tactics. Fixed it. Their agency still calls me 11 years later.

Two years of SEO.
Zero new customers.
Here's why.

I hear this almost every week.

The work was usually real. Someone built links. Someone wrote posts. Someone optimised things. But nobody asked the one question that matters: what does your market actually reward — and why does Google keep skipping your pages?

That's the gap. Not effort. Direction.

Give me your site. I'll show you who's winning your market and exactly why it's them and not you — before you hand over a single login.

I start from the outside. Competitor rankings, market gaps, historical data. By the time you share anything sensitive, I already know what's been holding you back.

How we'd start

I find the problem first.
We talk money after.

Before you pay me anything, I'll send you a real breakdown of what's holding your site back. Built on your actual market — not a template, not a canned audit.

Like what you see? We talk. Don't? You keep the breakdown and walk away knowing more than you did this morning.

That report is why some of my clients have stayed a decade. It does the convincing for me.

From engineers who couldn't sell to a roofer who became a brand.

Different industries. Different problems. Different starting points. The same approach each time.

B2B Software · New Product Launch

Great engineers. Zero idea how to make the market find their product.

ClevAir was tangled up with its parent brand SmartPlants.io. I built the content and positioning that gave it a separate search identity, a separate audience, and a clear reason to exist on its own. When a product spins out, its SEO has to spin out with it.

Local Business · Algorithm Recovery

A US roofer whose links stopped working after Penguin 2014 — and nobody could tell him why.

The old tactics had worked for years. Then they didn't. I rebuilt the strategy from the ground up around what Penguin actually penalised and what it rewarded instead. That client's marketing agency has consulted me for 11 years since.

Executive Outreach · Confidential

A company targeting the C-suite needed the right publications — not the most popular ones.

Working under their Content Director, I built the outreach engine — identifying the exact publications CEOs and CFOs actually read and building the relationships to earn placement there. High-stakes targeting at the top of the market.

Fix the AI shortcut now —
before Google does it for you.

Right now it looks like it's working. You're publishing fast, rankings are up, and it feels like you finally cracked it.

That's exactly what it felt like for the businesses that have already disappeared.

A Google update rolls out. Sites doing real work climb. Sites built on AI volume vanish overnight — no warning, no explanation, no recovery path that's easy. By the time the owner understands what happened, the industry has moved on.

The only safe window to fix this is while it still looks like it's working. That window is now.

I can help at any stage — before the hit, during the panic, or after the damage. The earlier I get in, the more there is to save.

📉

Rankings dropped after an update

Almost always a content-trust or link-quality issue. Fixable — if you find the real cause before making it worse.

🔍

Traffic but no leads or calls

You're attracting the wrong intent. Your pages say one thing. Your buyer is searching for another.

📊

Years of SEO, nothing to show

The work was real. The direction was wrong. That's a diagnosable problem with a real answer.

🌍

Winning at home, invisible everywhere else

Local trust doesn't travel automatically. It gets built — one market, one signal set at a time.

13+

years. Five markets.
One desk in Rabwah, Pakistan.

Yes, I'm in Pakistan.
No, it's never mattered.

My longest clients stopped thinking about location after the first report arrived. Good diagnosis doesn't care what timezone it came from.

What 13 years with US, UK, Australian, European and UAE clients actually gave me: I know what these markets expect. The pace, the reporting standard, the level of transparency. You don't develop that overnight — you earn it over years of delivering to people who had other options.

🇺🇸 USA 🇬🇧 UK 🇦🇺 Australia 🇪🇺 Europe 🇦🇪 UAE

Three steps.
No surprises.

You'll always know what's happening and why. Work files shared throughout. No black box.

01

I show you the problem

A real market breakdown — who's winning your space and why — before you pay anything. Judge the quality of thinking before you commit to it.

02

We build and test

New territory: analyse, test, scale what the data confirms. Familiar ground: I draw on direct experience and skip straight to what wins. Either way, you see the reasoning.

03

Results do the keeping

Regular updates. Work files that show exactly what moved what. I keep clients with results, not retainer lock-ins. Eleven years with one client proves it.

Send me your site.
I'll send you the truth.

No fake discovery call. No form that goes nowhere. Tell me what's happening and I'll come back with a real breakdown of what I see. That's how every good project I've run has started.
